SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Approved artwork is printed on our large-format digital sublimation printers. Colors are calibrated for vivid, accurate results on performance fabrics, and the printed designs will not crack, peel or fade after washing.

Our rotary and flat heat presses transfer the printed paper into the fabric under controlled heat and pressure. The ink becomes part of the fibers, keeping jerseys breathable, soft and colorfast on our OEKO-TEX certified fabrics.

CUTTING & SEWING

Printed panels are precision-cut, then stitched by experienced operators on our tidy production lines using flatlock and overlock machines. Strong, flat seams make every garment durable and comfortable for training and game day.

FINISHING, QC & PACKING

Each piece is trimmed, inspected for print, size and stitching, then folded and packed by size and name. MOQ is 10 pcs per design, bulk orders ship in about 2 weeks, and our capacity reaches 50,000 pcs per month.
